  • If you subscribe to a single device plan, a dual device plan, or a premium plan, you can change the Windows/macOS/iPad/iPhone/Galaxy/Android/Chromebook device(s) you use Clip Studio Paint on to even after you have begun using it. There is an upper limit on the number of changes that can be made.

    • Clip Studio Paint Pro owners can purchase Ex for a discounted rate. You will need the serial number of your Pro edition. If you have a serial number for Manga Studio 5 or Clip Studio Paint Pro sold by Smith Micro Software, you are also eligible for this discount. Discounted Upgrade from DEBUT to PRO.
    • You can try the full version (EX) version for the 30 day trial version. PRO genuine products are limited in function compared with the EX version. In Spanish, I looked for a page to compare features but could not find it. The page explained in English.
    • Procedure
      1. Install the latest version of Clip Studio Paint

        2-1. When changing to Windows

        Click [Help] menu > [Review/Change License] > [Deactivate and launch on this device]

        2-2. When changing to macOS

        Click [CLIP STUDIO PAINT] menu > [Review/Change License] > [Deactivate and launch on this device]


        2-3. When changing to iPad

        Select [P] menu > [Review/Change License] > [Deactivate and launch on this device]

        2-4. When changing to an iPhone, a Galaxy smartphone or an Android smartphone

        1. Clip Studio Paint [≡] menu


        2. [App Settings]


        3. Select [Review/Change License] > [Deactivate and launch on this device]


        2-5. When changing to a Galaxy tablet, Android tablet or a Chromebook

        Select [P] menu > [Review/Change License] > [Deactivate and launch on this device]

    Hi, I just recently downloaded Clip Studio Paint to trial it, currently going for EX. I've been attempting to configure it, and while it's been going well, I've had issues with canvas sensitivity. It keeps placing random dots on the canvas when I draw on it, most presumably from my hand being on the tablet.
